Yorokobiness è un brand di accessori realizzati con materiali naturali o riciclati, fatti a mano da me, Letizia De Antoniis, designer appassionata di handmade, cibo e viaggi. Sono abruzzese con un grande amore per il Giappone, paese in cui ho vissuto per qualche anno. L’Abruzzo, con la sua natura straordinaria, mi ha insegnato ad apprezzare le piccole cose e i grandi valori. Il Giappone mi ha trasmesso l’attenzione per i dettagli e una dipendenza irreversibile dal mimimalismo! Moglie e mamma di due bimbe, mi sono trasferita da poco in Perù con la famiglia e ho scoperto un mondo di filati e tessuti irresistibili (lana di alpaca, cotone pima…) che mi hanno totalmente conquistata, tanto da dare vita a due nuovi progetti: Yoro Pima e Yoro Alpaca. Yorokobiness è anche uno stile di vita responsabile, positivo e allegro. Attraverso il blog e i social tratto di creatività, diy, moda sostenibile, uncinetto, knitting ed ispirazioni. Scrivo anche per il blog di AmanoYarns, un nuovo brand sostenibile di lane pregiate peruviane.

Il nome Yorokobiness deriva dal giapponese “yorokobi” (喜び) che significa “letizia” ;)

Yorokobiness is a brand of unique accessories designed and realized with natural and recycled materials by Letizia De Antoniis, designer and big fan of handmade, food and travels. She’s is Italian, from Abruzzo region with a great love for Japan, where she lived for a few years. The Abruzzo region, with its extraordinarily wild nature, taught her how to appreciate small things and great values. Japan taught her the attention to details and gave her a sort of addiction to minimalism! Wife and mom of two little girls, Letizia recently moved to Peru where discovered a world of beautiful yarns and textiles (alpaca yarns, pima cotton…) and has let herself be completely consumed by them. From this new adventure, she’s setting up a new project with her husband: Yoro Pima and Yoro Alpaca . Yorokobiness is not just a brand, is also a new lifestyle responsible, positive and joyfull. It’s the blog where she shares news about handmade, diy, slowfashion, crochet, knitting, and inspiring stuff. Letizia writes also for the blog of AmanoYarns a new sustainable brand of luxury Peruvian yarns.
